I can't count how many people have come up to me at events and asked "Is this book on Kindle?" Some were handicapped and some just prefered the digital screen for its portability.
For all these fans and those waiting to read this title when they could get it on this modern contrivance: here it is.
P.S. I still prefer the pleasurable tactile sensation of paper pages. Nothing compares to holding the physical book in my hands!
