Harry Potter & the Deathly Hollows

All I can say is: Amazing! I hadn't believed it possible for J.K. Rowling to top her other books but she proved me wrong. Not only was the plot incredible with multiple, unexpected revelations, but she brought everything to a satisfactory conclusion. The central theme of the book was self-sacrifice and I found it very moving. It is hard for me to cry over a piece of fiction but I was close to it on a couple occasions. I'm only sorry the series is finished.

"Harry Potter & the Deathly Hollows" takes a special place in my favorites collection.

Those books sound good. I'll have to ask Mom if I can read them. Of course, I can't really start another book at the moment as I am in the middle of 6 or 7 books right now, one being Eye of the Oracle (which I can NOT seem to put down).

Well that was an awfully quick read Scott.

I think you would enjoy those books, Kelley. Bryan Davis's stories are lighter than Rowling's but both series are clean.

And, Shayna, yes it was a quick read! But Brian finished it a day ahead of me! (:

I finished it Sunday too. Although I wasn't nearly as satisfied with it as you are.

I can't even put my finger on it... but there was something 'bout it that just left me feeling unsatified...
as a matter of fact, I give it a 3 on the satisfaction rating...

I'd still like some things explained... but that'll have to wait 'til she writes that encyclopedia she was thinking 'bout

Rowling is going to write an encyclopeia. I didn't know that.

I agree, it was stunning the way J. K. Rowling spun another intricate web of plots. Very exciting, and full of new suprises and angles that were impossible to guess!
