Very nice cover! it looks enchanting with the quote above the title and author! *claps*! Which one is coming first, The Fairy's Rube Cage or Kestrel's Midnight Song?
Do you know when Flaming Pen Press will be open to submissions?
I like the font and the whole idea - I think the front is a bit too cartoonish to really *attract* Young Adults, but the idea and layout is really cool, because it gives you the feeling there's something powerful and mysterious there.
I do like the semitransparent author's title...but it's almost a little too transparent for me. Maybe outline it in white or something? ::shrugs:: I dunno
"The Fairy's Ruby Cage" is coming out this Spring 2010. "Kestrel's Midnight Song" releases sometime after November (at the earliest) Most likely it will be on shelves Spring 2011.
How great to find another writer committed to showing God's truth to the world! I was filled with joy when I read the paragraphs at the top of your blog!
Your cover is wonderful. I think it will draw readers in very well.
Maybe 'Storyteller' was referring to the next novel I am writing in my own series?
But, if not, make sure everyone knows: THE FAIRY'S RUBY CAGE is authored by P.M.M. Green... not by me! It's just being published through my house Flaming Pen Press.
Erm, I was referring to whoever designed "The Fairy's Ruby Cage" with with Photoshop. I know Sir Appleton did not write it, but I assumed that since the blog post was in first tense, he had designed the cover. Apologies if I was wrong. I do like the cover, though. :)

I really like the font. The authors name being semi-transparent is interesting, as well. Kinda mysterious.

I second Chris. The font rocks :)
