"The Fairy's Ruby Cage" update

Looking forward to purchasing The Fairy's Ruby Cage upon its release this coming Spring?
The target audience for this novella is 15 yrs and older. It is a darker tale and fits best in the secular market. It is a strongly written book, and by strong I mean that P.M.M. Green wrote this amazingly.

Check out the artwork (by Jared Sloger) for the cover (almost completed):

The cover looks nice! Are you able to tell us a bit about the plot?

What do you mean by "It is a darker tale and fits best in the secular market..."?

Joraiem,
We will not be marketing TFRC to younger readers. 1) It is about a wizard's apprentice 2)there is no God-fearing character 3)the setting is a darker mood.

Story tease:
A wizard's apprentice ignores his master's warning and speaks with the fairy imprisoned in the ruby cage. One by one she grants his wishes. But is she really looking out for his best interest, or her own?

WELCOME TO THE WRITING SITE OF SCOTT APPLETON

"Pleasant words are as an honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and health to the bones." -Proverbs 16:24

In a world where morality is forsaken and Christ neglected, wholesome books are uncommon. The themes of my writing are love, self-sacrifice, and honor.

I see my generation turning from God to the gods of this world. I see homes torn apart in the pursuit of pleasure and self-gratification. Children are murdered by the millions every year . . . without ever seeing the world outside their mothers' wombs. Through fiction I strive to encourage those who are willing, to stand against these things and be heroes and heroines; chivalrous, gentle, full of righteous indignation, and the fear and love of their Creator.
